Michael Gentry


Michael is a runner at heart who’s successfully completed three marathons. After doing CrossFit for two years, he decided to make it a permanent fixture in his life. For Michael, becoming a CrossFit coach was the next natural step in his training. He enjoys working with members and helping them apply fitness principles to every aspect of their lives. Michael believes exercise can benefit you in more ways than one. It’s a miracle worker.
