George’s fitness background includes high school basketball, as well as track and field. But nothing compares to the love he developed for CrossFit training. In a little over a year, George went from a student to a teacher (coach) helping other athletes elevate their skills. He specializes in body weight movement and enjoys a good Olympic lift.
