NEW YEAR “Bootcamp Challenge” class starts MON JAN 3rd
Meets Monday/Wednesday at 8:30am and 6:30pm (Paducah) and Tuesday/Thursday at 8:30am and 5:30pm (Metropolis)
This fun cardio boot camp style work out is geared towards those that want to get in a solid work out without the worry off advanced workout techniques or heavy weights.

We are offering a New Year’s special $99 (non-members) and $39 (current members) for this class. The class will be available on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
