We offer weekly “Endurance Club” workout that closely mimics the CrossFit Endurance protocol. This class is open to all CFDD members as well as the general public on select Saturdays. The class focuses on proper running/rowing/biking techniques, along with workouts designed to develop and maximize our athlete’s endurance and anaerobic threshold.  The class will also meet for periodic swim and cycling sessions depending on the season.  This program is currently not coach-led, but is used as a supplemental tool for our members who want to set more cardiovascular-based goals and work towards those while still enjoying the atmosphere of a CrossFit gym.
