We offer weekly “Endurance Club” workout that closely mimics the CrossFit Endurance protocol. This class is open to all River 2 River members as well as the general public on select Saturdays. The class focuses on proper running technique along with a running workout designed to develop and maximize our athlete’s endurance and anaerobic threshold.  The class will also meet for periodic swim and cycling sessions.  This program is led by Metropolis native Lindsey Zeiler, who has a long history of competing with and coaching elite level athletes.

Cost is $4 per session
