1. When did you start Crossfit?
I started Crossfit in February 2017.
2. Why did you start Crossfit?
I wanted to start a fitness program that worked well with my schedule and that I didn’t have to plan the workouts myself.
3. What’s your favorite thing about coming to Crossfit?
Showing myself I can do the things I thought I never would be able to do and doing so while being around people who make it so much fun.
