Our Fundamentals program is the perfect place to begin! Designed for beginners!
- 12-class series ensures you master the basics for success and stay injury-free

- The program is just $30 for the (4) week course

We’re taking training to the next level with Jiu-Jitsu classes now offered at CrossFit Dig Deep! Led by expert instructors, these classes focus on technique, discipline, and real-world application—all in a supportive and high-energy environment.

Tuesday & Thursday – 5:45pm-7:30pm (No GI Class)
Wednesday & Friday – 6:30pm-8pm (GI Class)
