August 5, 2016When Did You Join R2R? I joined R2R in October 2015.
Why Did You Join R2R? I joined Crossfit because I had done it some in high school and wanted to get back into shape since I was no longer playing sports.
What Type of Results Have You Noticed Since Starting @ R2R? I have lost 30 pounds, and have increased my muscle mass a lot. My self confidence is through the roof now as well.
What Advice Would You Give Someone Considering Starting @ R2R? My advice, even if you think CrossFit looks cool, try it. It will change your life. Not only will you get gainz, you will have a whole new family also!
What’s Your Favorite Workout? My favorite workout is anything with deadlifts or back squats, usually the prescribed weight is a good warm up for me.😁
Least Favorite Workout? My least favorite workout is anything involving thrusters and pistols. I love to fish, hunt, and do anything outdoors. And I guess hang out with my best friend, Brittney.
Favorite Thing To Do Outside of CrossFit? I love to fish, hunt, and do anything outdoors. And I guess hang out with my best friend, Brittney.
Favorite accomplishment at the box? I can out deadlift Jess Taylor. But anytime I PR anything even if it is a 250m row, it’s a huge deal to me.
Biggest Inspiration? My biggest inspiration is my coach Marissa, she taught me to believe in myself even when that was the hardest thing I had to do.
